About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN/LVN to join our team as a Medical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and assisting healthcare professionals during appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Escort and prepare patients in exam rooms
• Take vital signs and obtain medical history
• Assist doctors during appointments
• Perform standard diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, phlebotomy, venipuncture, PFTs, Doppler studies, and specimen preparation for lab courier
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of recent experience as an LPN/LVN
• BLS certification
• ACLS preferred
• Active state license
• MA/LPN/RN diploma or certification
