Position Details:

This full-time position involves a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional weekend responsibilities. The primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the clinical management of fertility patients.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and couples regarding procedures and treatment plans.
  • Deliver pre-operative and post-operative education to ensure patient understanding.
  • Create a supportive atmosphere by offering emotional and psychological assistance to patients and their families.
  • Work independently to meet program objectives and enhance patient experiences.
  • Uphold and promote high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of follow-through and proficiency in computer applications.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting, with familiarity in medical terminology.
