About the Position

The Department of Management at the University of North Florida is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor in Strategic Management to join our faculty team. This is a tenure-earning position that will report to the Chair of the Department of Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Strategic Management and related subjects, such as entrepreneurship and leadership.
  • Conduct research and publish high-quality papers in strategic management and related fields.
  • Provide service to the Department of Management, the Coggin College of Business, and the University of North Florida.
Requirements
  • Hold a Ph.D. in Strategic Management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution or a comparable accrediting body.
  • Have a demonstrated record of impactful high-quality publications and excellent teaching records.
  • Be able to provide evidence of teaching excellence and a strong research agenda.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring students in strategic management and related fields.
  • Strong research skills and a track record of publishing in top-tier journals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
