Urology Professor

Job Title: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Urology

Job Summary: The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Department of Urology, seeks a full-time, American Board of Urology certified, eligible, or equivalent, general urologist on a mission track at the level of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor.

Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical and surgical critical care of urology patients
• Teaching and research

About the Department: The department sponsors an ACGME accredited urology residency program and an institutional GME approved advance fellowship program. The department also boasts of invaluable academic resources including large patient base, clinical research manager, dedicated statistician, research associates, academic an active outcomes research group, access to research librarians, basic scientists, and wet laboratory.

About the University: With more than 6,200 faculty and staff, UF Health in Jacksonville is the largest UF campus outside of Gainesville. UF Health physicians offer primary care and specialty services in practices throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, tallying more than 650,000 outpatient visits and more than 40,000 inpatient admissions annually.

Requirements: The successful candidate must have an MD/DO, American Board of Urology certified, eligible or equivalent.
