Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wiring Technician. This role involves interpreting technical drawings to assemble and install components onto control panels, as well as managing wiring tasks in accordance with established shop standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize hand and power tools to accurately layout, measure, drill, and prepare subpanels for assembly.
- Install components such as din rails, wire ducts, equipment, terminal blocks, and identification plates.
- Cut, label, and route wiring according to project specifications.
- Modify and cut various materials including steel and plastic as required.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Complete additional tasks as necessary to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct on-site work for customers as needed.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent analytical, observational, and listening skills.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
- Capability to lift, push, and pull weights of 50 lbs or more.
- Physical ability to stoop, bend, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and color vision.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in wiring industrial control panels.
- Familiarity with NEC and UL codes.
- Experience with wiring analog instrumentation and three-phase motors/pumps.
