About the Role

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our community in Saint Petersburg. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a strong benefit package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times
  • Direct and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the maintenance functions, including scheduling, assignment of work, and record keeping
  • Perform hands-on maintenance duties, diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Manage vendors and handle service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
  • Ability to perform general janitorial duties and use hand tools
  • Ability to work cooperatively with various groups and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
