Job Summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting optimal recovery and functional independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with various conditions, including adult neurology and orthopedic hand injuries.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities to achieve patient goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic hand therapy, with a focus on UE certification/training.
