Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and therapeutic needs of young learners in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote the cognitive, physical, and emotional development of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Design and implement adaptive equipment and strategies to promote student independence and participation in educational activities.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
Requirements
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in MA.
  • Experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and the school team.
