About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Scully Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining a safe and happy environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls and addressing their maintenance needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service by following up with residents after repairs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conducting routine maintenance and upkeep of the property, including grounds and facilities.
- Staying proactive about maintenance repairs and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Participating in rotating on-call duties, which may include occasional weekends and evenings.
Requirements:
- Experience working on building maintenance and a strong understanding of maintenance procedures.
- Dependable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies, with a valid driver's license.
- Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
