About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our Dealership in Beckley, WV. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive dealership management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall dealership performance.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership, and managing and mentoring a team of department managers.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer excellent healthcare benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of department managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and make informed business decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive dealership management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall dealership performance.
