Pima Heart and Vascular is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a Non-Invasive Cardiologist and contribute to the largest private cardiology practice in AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Cardiologist and work independently to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Assess and manage cardiovascular patients, utilizing general health care and cardiovascular exam skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, demonstrating knowledge and competence in basic cardiovascular technology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active AZ license or willingness to apply.
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience working as an out-patient/inpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong inpatient experience, with the majority of time spent in this setting.
  • Cardiology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
