Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and management in a dynamic and supportive team environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in educational and research activities, contributing to the growth and development of the team

Requirements:

  • Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Arizona License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
  • Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
