Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of 20-25 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and purchasing coordinator to execute project plans, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Project Planning: Develop and validate project scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards, and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate project reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance project delivery and profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the owner to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in Excel, OneDrive, and other project management tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 6 weeks per year for local and national installations.
