Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to guide children aged 5-10 in enjoyable and educational activities while prioritizing their safety. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children in various capacities such as a sports coach, educator, caregiver, youth leader, or camp counselor, and must have a genuine love for working with kids. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy outdoor activities and wish to earn competitive compensation while promoting essential life skills through soccer. We provide on-the-job training, a flexible work schedule, and various incentive programs.

You will have access to pre-prepared lesson plans and instructional videos, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: fostering children's social skills and teaching them the fundamentals of soccer, all while ensuring a fun atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work flexible hours, up to 15-20 hours per week, with competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour after completing on-field training.
  • Provide individualized attention to help each child succeed.
  • Adopt a non-competitive and creative teaching approach to create a fun, stress-free environment.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate their achievements.
  • Maintain an open-minded attitude, recognizing that coaching is a continuous learning journey.

About Super Soccer Stars:

Super Soccer Stars was established to deliver exceptional programming and services in youth sports, starting with their initial sports experiences. Our mission is to ensure that every child feels like an athlete and recognizes their potential. We aim to instill healthy habits from a young age, teach valuable life skills, and enhance youth participation in physical activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be available during weekday afternoons (2 PM - 5 PM) and may need to accommodate some weekday mornings and Saturdays for camps and partnerships.

Location:

Classes are conducted at various schools within the region, and depending on the coach's primary residence, travel may be required, with additional compensation provided.
