About the Role

The Facilities Pad Electrician is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for maintaining the electrical systems on our launch pads.

This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair, preferably in a launch pad or aerospace environment.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems on our launch pads, ensuring that they are functioning at optimal levels.">
  • Work closely with the facilities team to develop and implement plans for system upgrades and repairs.">
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement new electrical systems and infrastructure.">
  • Develop and implement procedures for safe electrical work practices and train personnel.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair, preferably in a launch pad or aerospace environment.">
  • Strong knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure and electrical systems.">
  • A valid Electrical Journeyman License.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.">
  • Ability to earn trust and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.">
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.">
