Job Title: Lot Attendant

At Warren Henry Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle lot, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle lot, moving cars as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc. as needed.
  • Customer Service: Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to customers as directed by management.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Start vehicles daily and report any problems or concerns. Perform light maintenance on vehicles as needed, i.e., replace windshield wiper blades, repair or change tires, replenish fluids, etc.
  • Logistics: Keep vehicles fueled and ensure that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
Requirements:
  • US Work Authorization: Required.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with guests and employees.
  • Time Management: Ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
