At Method Search Consultants, we are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is focused on promoting the proper use of crop protection products, plant food, seed, precision agriculture, and other services to farmers.

Job DescriptionThis role will involve developing an intimate understanding of the customer's business and identifying opportunities to partner with them to help grow their business. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and maintaining relationships with team members, developing innovative solutions for customers, and following our company's sales strategy and execution.
- Develop strategies for partnering with customers to help grow their business.
- Maintain relationships with team members to deliver value-added services.
- Identify key influencers and decision-makers within the customer relationship and develop plans to deepen those relationships.
- Utilize sales technology effectively to track progress, update sales goals, and track results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field.
- One- two years of sales experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
