Sales and Customer Engagement

Operational Responsibilities
  • Performs daily operational tasks, ensuring store standards are met.
  • Adheres to retail policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols.
  • Utilizes technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as needed.
  • Processes shipments efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A solid understanding of fashion trends and competitive dynamics is essential.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of mobile devices and internet applications.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Must be able to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, reach and bend to access products, and lift items as necessary.

Schedule: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
