We are looking for candidates for various shifts, with an urgent need for 3rd shift coverage. The available shifts are as follows:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable Versatile Maintenance Technician with strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to thrive in our dynamic production setting. The ideal candidate will possess experience in motor replacement (480V) and demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining production equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Replace and troubleshoot motors (480V).
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled shifts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in replacing and maintaining 480V motors.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and varying shifts as needed.
