Career OpportunitiesWe are currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Job Responsibilities- Under Signature Rehab's integrated care model, you will work collaboratively with other clinicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for our patients.
- You will conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.
- Your primary focus will be on helping patients regain their independence and mobility through evidence-based therapies and techniques.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
