About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Therapy Professional to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate treatment goals and outcomes.
  • Provide support to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment programs that meet individual patient needs.
Requirements
  • 6 months of recent experience in a physical therapy setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited school or program in physical therapy assistance.
  • BLS Certification and active state license required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.

Estimated Salary Range
