At Home, Hope and Healing, Inc., we are seeking a skilled LPN to provide individualized care to an adult client in the Palermo area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide 1-on-1, client-centered care
* Work block time shifts, 8-12 hours/day; days, evenings, or nights
* Offer flexibility to work Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time in the location of choice
