Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyzing data to create personalized care plans and implementing effective treatment strategies.
- Administer medications safely and consistently, adhering to state and organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Act as a patient safety advocate, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Valid nursing license from the state of practice.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred).
- Associate of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing degree (required); Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (preferred).
