Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Experience: Acts as a brand representative reflective of company values, leading by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection.
  • Leadership + Team Management: Actively participates as floor service leader by facilitating an energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metrics, while maintaining zone and floor needs.
  • Visual + Business Operations: Supports the store management team by participating in daily opening and closing office procedures and operational tasks and projects, collaborating with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing, restocking, and placement of product.
  • Communication + Relationships: Contributes to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives, supports the onboarding of new hires in their orientation and training, and provides feedback to leadership team on associate performance and promotability.
