Key Responsibilities
  • Assist oral surgeons during various treatment procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Take dental X-rays and prepare patients for treatment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage infection control, sterilizing instruments and equipment to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, promoting good oral health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other dental team members to provide seamless patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice, including x-ray certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in oral surgery.
  • Valid non-restricted driver's license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer's fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
