The Senior Audiovisual Technician will be responsible for delivering exemplary audio-visual services to our clients. This role involves collaborating closely with the Operations Supervisor and acting as a seasoned technician. You will embody the Vision and Values of Entertainment Technology Partners LLC while engaging with internal departments and external guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, troubleshoot, maintain, operate, and dismantle audiovisual equipment.
  • Lead a team to fulfill event requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Request, obtain, review, and implement event documentation, schedules, orders, and transfers.
  • Assist the Supervisor with event documentation and team scheduling.
  • Maintain effective communication with operations and sales teams.
  • Oversee inventory management and report any damage or inventory issues to supervisors.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, including cycle and consumable counts.
  • Promote safety awareness among team members in all situations.
  • Foster relationships with convention center teams.
  • Support the sales team in building client relationships during events.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $21.73/hr - $32.20/hr, reflecting the low and high ends of the company's salary range based on various factors, including experience.
