Job SummaryThe Associate Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing clinical and technical support, and expanding the Inspire therapy in designated markets. This role will collaborate with the field sales team, Regional Manager, and Territory Manager(s) to achieve business objectives and support the growth of Inspire Medical Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales and account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territory and/or accounts.
- Manage revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
- Work seamlessly with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
- Deliver exceptional service through team-driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities.
- Promote the Inspire therapy within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
- 2+ years of experience in sales (outside/inside), marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or sales support role in medical device...OR...3+ years of experience in sales position in other industries.
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to travel within defined geographic area.
