Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the portfolio to ensure timely preparation of credit underwriting memos in support of amendments, modifications, and extensions of existing client facilities.
  • Credit Risk Management: Identify and mitigate credit risk, monitor compliance, and prepare internal reporting.
  • Client and Agent Bank Relationships: Maintain and monitor client and agent bank relationships to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting team, Chief Credit Officer, and sales team to maintain acceptable credit loss exposure and provide superior customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial or ABL specific lending, with experience in private credit, syndicated credits, and portfolio management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Benefits
  • Salary: $150,000 - $163,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn a discretionary annual bonus.
