Precision Assembly and Quality Control

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Associate to join our team at Cummins. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of components, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure precision in assembling components to meet high-quality standards.
  • Operate both manual and automated equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Perform regular inspections and identify non-conforming materials to maintain product quality.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to achieve production goals.
  • Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities to meet production demands.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
  • Ability to work in a team-based work system and rotate job routine as needed.
  • Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
