Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Products, including Windows Desktop, Server, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and network configuration, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Understanding of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring robust security.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in technology and innovation.
  • Experience with MAC iOS is a plus, with the ability to adapt to diverse technical environments.
