The Enterprise Print and Distribution (EP&D) Campaign Management team seeks a detail-oriented Business Project Strategist to play a key role in developing targeting specifications and overseeing strategic enterprise communications. As the primary liaison between business and Technology partners, this position involves defining campaign targeting specifications, developing functional requirements documents, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. The Strategist will lead cross-functional communication initiatives and drive internal projects and process improvements.

This role requires working onsite 3 days per week at a designated Cigna facility, offering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various functional teams to gather communication setup requirements
  • Analyze and document business requirements for new and existing communications
  • Ensure accurate and complete data entry into the system of record
  • Identify and resolve issues through research and analysis in partnership with business and technology teams
  • Experience with building data targeting flowcharts and driving communication execution
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of deliverables
  • Manage project status, timelines, and the campaign execution calendar

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience in campaign management or marketing
  • Proficiency in Campaign Automation software such as UNICA, RedPoint, or Adobe
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Atlassian-Jira, Confluence; SharePoint, Alation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-initiative to manage campaign execution and customer-centric campaign planning
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Agility, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Confidence, integrity, and executive presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and influence others
  • Experience in healthcare industry and Marketing Services Provider (MSP) a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PC skills
