Key Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing personnel and participate in MDS and care planning for residents with wounds.
- Deliver direct care to all residents, including management and treatment of specific skin conditions.
- Complete follow-up assessments weekly and as needed, and document all assessments in the medical record.
