Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Apopka. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate and personalized care to patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and other health-related topics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle for travel. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
