Job Summary

Cypress Bank SSB is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about bank products and services.
  • Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions, including balances and account information.
  • Compliance: Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other bank staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Equipment: Proficiency in using computer software and other standard office equipment.
Working Conditions
