Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and driven attorney to enhance our legal team. Candidates are not required to possess an existing client base.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Admission to the Bar in Oregon with good standing.
- Experience in legal practice, particularly in areas such as general business, real property, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Familiarity or interest in elder law and Medicaid planning is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
