Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Assist with pre-registration and room assignments as needed.
- Efficiently manage and accurately post all charges to guest accounts.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Front Office systems, including all daily operations and less frequent tasks.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including receiving payments and providing change.
- Review special requests from guests and coordinate room assignments accordingly.
- Understand hotel pricing structures, discounts, and their application.
- Be familiar with reservation protocols, including same-day bookings, and adhere to cancellation and relocation policies.
