We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 120. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with our dynamic team to advance our mission of improving access to mental health care.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- Manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week and coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, with licensure in the mental health field.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with experience in Valant a plus.
- Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.
