Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Future Remodeling in Bergenfield, NJ. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients over the phone to coordinate appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services
  • Deliver a sales pitch over the phone to create appointments for our in-home Project consultants
  • Identify prospective clients through the database, referrals, and other lists
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 Years' experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles
  • Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment (preferred but not required)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally
  • Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly
  • Be able to validate prospective customer's contact and home information in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule and Location

This is a 40 hour work schedule with hours varying Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST at our HQ in Bergenfield, NJ.
