RN - Registered Nurse - Assisted Living - Day Shift FT

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Assisted Living team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare personnel to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and coordinate the delivery of care to residents, including making rounds and documenting observations and care plans.
- Direct resident care, ensuring continuity of care and documenting all pertinent information.
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure overall resident care.
