Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our menu and knowledge of food and beverage options.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring timely service and minimizing wait times.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and efficient communication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
