Job Title: Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Therapist/Mental Health Professional to join our Adult Outpatient team in downtown Tacoma, WA.

About the Role:

As a Therapist, you will provide case management and counseling services to individuals seeking services in our Adult Outpatient Clinic. You will work as a member of our team to welcome, engage, and serve individuals with complex wellness needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical case coordination and therapy for consumers.
  • Provide individual, group, family therapy, and education counseling services as required.
  • Provide case management services as defined in consumer treatment plans.
  • Complete assessments and coordinate treatment planning and services with other program staff, consultants, and relevant agencies.
  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in intake and assessment, treatment planning, and psychiatric review of cases.
  • Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social or behavioral sciences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill individuals in the community.
  • WA State credential/license.
  • Strong computer skills and analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid Washington State drivers license and proof of insurance.
