Become a Skilled Carpenter with Merge Opportunities

Are you interested in a career in carpentry? Our Brothers' Keeper program is designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the trade.

As a participant in the program, you will receive training in safety protocols, math for the trades, material and tool recognition, and hands-on construction skills. You will also have the opportunity to earn your OSHA 10 certification and gain experience in metal stud framing and concrete form work.

The program is free and open to anyone interested in a career in carpentry. No experience is necessary, and a background check is not required. We will help you develop your skills and provide you with the support you need to succeed in the trade.

Our program is designed to work with local communities to increase support for and membership in the carpenters union. We sponsor events and hold job fairs to help you get started in your career.
