We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Per Diem Mental Health Professional. As a member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention methods and functional assessments to support patients in need.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LLP) in the state of Michigan.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week, with flexibility to accommodate evening and Saturday appointments.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adolescents.
- Proven ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Strong computer and basic technology skills.
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development.
- Self-motivated and independent clinician with excellent communication skills.
