Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop all levels of staff to achieve their full potential
  • Clearly communicate vision, strategy, and expectations to the team
  • Manage operations departments, including receiving, put away, picking, packing, value-added, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance
  • Design, strategize, and set goals for revenue growth
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and clients as required
  • Meet and communicate with clients regularly
  • Provide creative solutions to various issues, such as employee relations, profitability, and more
  • Support and drive organizational initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with peers and network partners to implement change
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply and Logistics Management, Applied Management, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and operations
  • Industry standards and best practices, with the ability to seek support through research and outreach when needed
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
