Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and meticulous individual to become a part of our Retail Operations team. This role is based at our headquarters and is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. As a member of the Retail Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily functions while also contributing to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall operational effectiveness within our retail framework. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to acquire valuable insights into retail operations and advance within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the warehouse area
  • Facilitating daily deliveries across various locations
  • Performing local errands as needed
  • Conducting minor repairs within the facility
  • Managing the distribution and organization of incoming daily store correspondence
  • Coordinating the weekly shipment of store materials
Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Possession of a valid California driver's license is mandatory
  • Ability and willingness to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a distribution setting or a similar role
