Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous individual to join our Retail Operations team. This role is based at our headquarters and is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of the Retail Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and participating in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall efficiency within our retail settings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the warehouse area
  • Facilitating daily deliveries across various locations
  • Performing local errands as needed
  • Conducting minor repairs within the facility
  • Managing the distribution and organization of incoming daily mail for the store
  • Coordinating the weekly shipment of store packets
Qualifications:

  • A valid California driver’s license is required
  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a distribution environment or a similar role
