Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is operational.
- Facilitate daily setup and closure of the facility, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
- Act as a primary contact for community members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Foster strong relationships within the community, enhancing member engagement and satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive experience for all users of the space.
- Collaborate with the management team to support ongoing operational efforts and community growth.
- Conduct tours for prospective members and follow up on inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
