Job Description
We're looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to lead and manage clinical trials. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, ensuring compliance with GCP and FDA guidelines, and overseeing the entire trial process from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing Study Plans: Develop study plans to ensure successful trial execution.
- Monitoring Trial Progress: Monitor and analyze trial progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Managing Budgets: Manage trial budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with project goals.
- Providing Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Clinical Trial Management Systems: Proficiency in clinical trial management systems.
- GxP Processes: Knowledge of GxP processes (GMP, GLP, GDP).
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours.
