Key Responsibilities:

Specific Duties Include:
- Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of CEPRES solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of CEPRES with existing systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Support: Provide thorough support during the setup phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Training Sessions: Conduct informative training sessions to empower clients in utilizing the CEPRES platform effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Resource Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and resources for clients.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on project priorities and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in solution implementation, integration management, or client support, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
