Operational Efficiency Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and implementation of strategic metrics for our department.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, strong project/program management skills, and strong communication skills with ability to influence across boundaries and build strong partnerships within the function and across the enterprise.
You will lead the department planning and measurement process to drive achievement of department goals. This includes establishing and facilitating quarterly reviews of our strategic plan and progress.
In addition, you will lead the yearly planning and budgeting process for our department operational budget, and corporate large and small projects, and ongoing quarterly/monthly reviews.
You will also analyze and interpret data to solve or aid deeper understanding of business problems and present results to department and company executives.
